Mynydd Mawr campsite, Aberdaron.

My perfect camp site. Its just a field with a basic toilet/shower block, but the location, views and local coastal walks are all fantastic. Also, even though it was still the half term holidays, I was only sharing the site with one other couple & their motorhome.

This site is on the far tip of the North Wales Llyn peninsula next to National Trust open access land. The headland overlooks Bardsey Island which according to legend is the burial place of  20,000 saints.
