A couple of days exploring the full length of the beach (originally called Tregurrian Beach but now referred to as Watergate Beach) at Watergate Bay including a walk along to the neighbouring Whipsiderry Beach just outside Newquay.
Watergate bay beach faces the Atlantic Ocean, and is adjacent to Newquay Bay. The 2-mile sandy beach and exposed site is popular for non-powered water sports.
