After a drive south to the Lizard Peninsula, at the tail end of storm Agnes, the sun eventually came out briefly in the afternoon so I took a walk down to Lizard point and then on to Kynance Cove (as the clouds gathered and rain approached).
Lizard Point is the most southerly point of mainland Britain where the Atlantic meets the English Channel.
