Cregennen Lakes & moorland (part 2)

The ultimate destination of todays 23km  walk (albeit via a rather long route) found me back enjoying the beautiful views of the Cregennen lakes backed by the Cadair Idris peaks. After several hours walking I was able to sit and enjoy the peace and tranquillity in the late afternoon sunlight before my final trek back to the camp site.

    Wonderful. Which camp site did you use? I've only been there once - up Cadair Idris - and stayed in a field, hardly a camp site, so maybe I can do better and I want to explore here.
