Having sat out Monday's gale force wind and rain, it was time to drive up to North Uist. The rain had passed but it was still very windy.
Between South and North Uist is the Island of Benbecula and a number of small islands all connected via causeways.
I took a walk on the small island of Flodaigh hoping to spot some seals on the rocks. Sadly there were none to be seen.
