coast walk - Pentewan to Charlestown

Starting from "the Meadows" camp site in sun valley it was an 11km walk to Charlestown. Some muddy steep climbs made this one quite tough at times but as always some magnificent views (& not just of the coast).

The walk starts with a mile stroll along the valley to Pentewan.

 Compared to recent days there was little wind today and the sea was so calm at times it was even producing reflections from the cliffs.

As is traditional with each road trip, this walk provided the injury. I slipped on a damp wooden bridge and bashed my lower leg. It has come up as a lovely lump.
