I have been having a rest for a couple of days, but I have taken a couple of short strolls today between the periods of rain.
Following the travels of a 2011 Brazilian Volkswagen Type 2 camper van around the UK. Zoom in/out on the map to see where we have visited. Click on the marker to find the link direct to that page. I will be adding more and more of my locations from the last few years over the coming weeks.

Waterstein Head, Isle of Skye
Rather than join the crowds visiting Neist Point (the most westerly point on Skye, climb the 1 mile route up to Waterstein Head which at 296m in height provides stunning views over Neist Point and beyond to the Western Isle (South & North Uist, Harris etc).
Ardmore Bay, Waternish Peninsula
Waternish is a peninsula approximately 12 kilometres (7+1⁄2 miles) long on the island of Skye, situated between Loch Dunvegan and Loch Snizort in the northwest of the island, and originally inhabited and owned by Clan MacNeacail/MacNicol/Nicolsons.
The history of the peninsula is a long (and often bloody) one involving clan feuds, massacres, de-population during the Highland Clearances, and eventual re-vitalisation
An Aird Peninsula
A wander around the stunning promontory off the coast of the Braes, joined to the rest ok Skye by a narrow spit of land known as a tombolo. Views across the Sound of Raasay, towards Trotternish and back to the Cuillins in the other direction.
