South West coast path : Boscastle to Crackington Haven
Monday.
Another tough (7 mile) coast path starting just beyond Boscastle and back to Crackington Haven.
The route includes the appropriately named High Cliff which has the highest sheer drop in Cornwall at 223 metres (732ft).
