Tintagel - the walks

I went on 2 walks based from Tintagel. The first (map link here --> http://bit.ly/oN8YtS) took me inland to a 60ft Waterfall at St Nectans and then down the amazing Rocky Valley and back to Tintagel along the coast. The pictures from this walk below.

Walk number 2 took me along the coast with spectacular views overlooking the surfing beach of Trebarwith Sand. (map here .. http://bit.ly/pbg7Tp) Unfortunately I had forgotten to charge the camera battery so no pictures of this one.

The white "orbs" in the picture above are supposedly mystical properties of the waterfall. The reallity is simply that they are the light reflection of the moisture in the air from the camera flash.

At the base of the Waterfall, people have left ribbons tied to trees, cuddly toys and pictures etc. There is also a tree stump that visitors have left coins pushed into it. Not actually sure why!
